- Posting illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content is prohibited. - Users are fully responsible for the content they post or the products they offer. - All listings undergo a thorough review process before being published on the platform to ensure quality and compliance with our guidelines. - Before shipping, all items are reviewed to verify their condition matches the listing description. - Rawaj reserves the right to remove any content that violates the terms without prior notice.
Financial Transactions
- All sales and purchases are conducted through our authorized payment service provider. - Users are responsible for the accuracy of payment data and ensuring transaction safety. - Payments are held in escrow until the buyer receives and approves the item, ensuring a safe transaction for both parties.
Quality Control and Safety
- Once a seller lists an item, it undergoes an initial review to ensure compliance with our guidelines. - Sellers are required to provide accurate descriptions and images of the item. - Before the item is shipped, our team conducts a thorough inspection to verify that the item matches the listing description. - This includes checking the condition, authenticity, and any claims made by the seller. - Items that pass our quality check are approved for shipping. - If an item does not meet our standards, it is returned to the seller for correction or relisting. - Once verified, the item is securely packaged and shipped to the buyer. - Buyers are notified of the shipment and provided with tracking information. - Buyers have a specified period to inspect the item and report any discrepancies. - Our support team is available to assist with any issues that arise post-delivery.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights related to the platform and its content are owned by Rawaj or its licensors. - Reproducing or publishing any content from the platform without prior permission is prohibited.
Modifications to Terms
- Rawaj reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. - Continued use of the platform after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. - In case of a dispute, the competent judicial authorities in Saudi Arabia will be resorted to.
Return Policy
- Buyers have 3 days from the delivery date to inspect the item and initiate a return if there are any issues. The item must be in the same condition as received. - To initiate a return, buyers must use the return request feature in the app. Our support team will then contact the buyer to provide further assistance and details on the return process. - Once the item is returned, the seller has 3 days to inspect the item and confirm its condition. If the item is not in the same condition as sent, the seller may dispute the return. - If a dispute arises, Rawaj will mediate between the buyer and seller to reach a fair resolution. This may involve partial refunds or other compensations. - Rawaj will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on the seller's part (e.g., wrong item sent, item not as described). Otherwise, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs. - Rawaj reserves the right to make the final decision on all return disputes.
Prohibited Items
- Our platform only facilitates sales within Saudi Arabia. - The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed or sold: - Alcohol and any alcohol-related products. - Narcotics and drugs, including prescription medications without proper documentation. - Pornographic material and sex toys. - Gambling devices and lottery tickets. - Items that are contrary to Islamic culture or Saudi customs and traditions. - Weapons, firearms, and related accessories. - Live animals and insects. - Hazardous materials, including chemicals and explosives. - Items with political content or that could be considered politically sensitive. - Digital items, including software, e-books, and digital media, are not allowed to be listed or sold.
Shipping Guidelines
- Only items that can fit in a maximum 40×40×40 cm shipping box are allowed. - Rawaj is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. Items are shipped at the buyer's risk, with minimal courier liability. - Fragile items must be packaged appropriately by the seller to minimize damage risk during transit.
